Jellied French Toast
In bowl, mix egg, milk, few dashes of cinnamon and sugar.
Spread jelly on one slice of bread and stick second slice to it, making a jelly sandwich.
Dip sandwich in egg mixture. Fry in skillet, fliping once.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar

2 rolls of Pillsbury biscuits : cinnamon : sugar : butter :
cut biscuits in 1/2 or 1/4 ; mix sugar and cinnamon in baggie ; coat biscuit and layer on bottom of dutch oven, top with butter, cover and put in coals. put some coals on top and cook for approximately 25 minutes.

Brown Sugar Bananas (serves 4)
Slice bananas in half lenghtwise. Place 2 halves on a sheet of foil and sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar.
Repeat with remaining bananas. Dot with butter pieces.
Fold foil into a packet and place on grill. Cook for 15 minutes or until bananas are hot and sugar is melted.
1 granny smith apple : walnuts : raisins : brown sugar : carmel
core the apple middle, to taste add walnuts, raisins, carmel and top with brown sugar
wrap with heavy aluminum foil (or double wrap), place in embers and let back.
Preheat dutch oven to 350 degrees
Pour in tomatoes and rice. Fill tomato can with water and pour in. Add another 1/4 to 1/2 can of water.
Shake Cajun seasoning over rice - as much to taste
Place chicken breasts on top of rice
Pour honey over the chicken
Shake more seasoning on top.
Cover and cook for 1 hour
2 Liter of Pepsi : 10-14 Chicken legs : 2 (salad dressing sized) Bottles of BBQ sauce
Put all your chicken in dutch oven w/lid. Cover it with the BBQ sauce. Then add Pepsi so that the chicken is almost completely covered. Put the lid on and set the dutch oven on a hot bed of coals and cover lid with more coals. Cook 15 - 25 minutes depending on heat of fire.
You may have to add more Pepsi to cover chicken in middle of cooking. The Pepsi is added to carmelize the chicken and keep it from burning.
